Born in Alexandria, Egypt, Chef Abbie is one of the head chefs at a local Hilton. She brings the calm timing, detail, and thoughtful service of a professional kitchen to Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and Chapel Hill homes.
A mother of five adult children and a grandmother, Abbie sees cooking for people as a way of sharing love, experiences, and special moments. Her Egyptian–American point of view moves easily between vivid mezze, Mediterranean brightness, and the familiar comforts guests gather around.
